OpenSpace E-checklist

E-checklists are for Personal Tax clients. It is an interactive online form which will assist you in getting together your information to complete your Personal Self-Assessment Tax Returns.

To access your E-checklist, log in to your OpenSpace account and select 'E-Checklists' on the left hand side. (Please note the E-checklist will only work on desktop view and not on mobile devices).

The E-checklist is split into income sources on the left hand side, which you can click into each section. It will show details of the income that was reported in the prior tax year and a space for you to enter your figures for the tax year in question. If you have entered figures onto the E-checklist, please ensure you click 'Finalise' once complete. (If you do not click Finalise, we will not be notified that you have completed this.

You will not be able to print your completed checklists, however, if you would like a copy of this please let us know and we can get a copy to you.

It is not mandatory for you to complete the E-checklist. It is simply there as a guide for the information we require to complete your return. You can just upload documents directly to OpenSpace. Please see our guide here.

If you wish to send your documents via email or post this is also fine.

Please note if you do use OpenSpace but have decided to send your documents via post or email, we will still send your Tax Return to approve via OpenSpace.
