WHAT IS OPENSPACE?
OpenSpace is a safe, simple and secure cloud solution that allows us to share documents securely with each other.
OpenSpace allows you to upload documents quickly and securely to us, avoiding unnecessary administration burdens on you and saving the use of paper and postage costs. We can upload your finalised Tax Returns, Company Accounts and any supporting documents to OpenSpace so you can review and approve at a click of a button.
Of course you can still send your paperwork to us via the post or drop your records off in person if that is preferable to you.
It is important to note that the documents you upload will be removed once we have downloaded them so it is essential that you keep a copy.
However, your final Tax Return or Company Accounts will remain on OpenSpace and can be accessed at any time.
